Dear Johnson City Wildfire Attendee:

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your interest and support in our efforts to bring the Wildfire Men's Weekend to Johnson City. Through many meetings and much deliberation, our Wildfire conference team has made the decision to cancel the 2010 Wildfire Men's Conference scheduled for the weekend of February 26th and 27th in Johnson City.

The decision was not easy. We've found that the economy has affected us in more ways than we could have anticipated. Our plan is to return in 2011 with a strong lineup and a newly formed relationship with Men at the Cross,™ to bring you the biggest and best Wildfire event possible.

We will be issuing refunds for your registration and BBQ dinner purchases. Our accounting department is working on this at the moment, so please keep a close eye on your mailbox for a letter from Wildfire containing your refund. We are still committed to our mission of creating a movement that inspires men to deepen their relationship with God. Your prayers for God's guidance as we move forward with Men at the Cross™ in 2010 are greatly appreciated.
